Fill Out The Form
To apply for membership, use the online application form: SHI Membership Form
Once the SHI Board has reviewed your application, you will receive notice of the status of the application. If your application has been accepted, you will be sent an email to the email address that you provided, which will have have a supplied password and a link to verify your registration. This step is a security feature to protect against someone else trying to use your email address or access your team profile. Once you have verified the registration, if you wish you can change this password to one of your choice in the "Modify Contact Profile" window.
Make Your Payment
At this point you will need to pay the registration dues. The preferred way to do this is with PayPal. It is secure and handles all currency exchange automatically. When you click on the PayPal button you will be taken to the PayPal secure website where you will be given the option of using your existing PayPal account, registering for a new account or simply make a one time payment with your credit card. Once this is completed you will will be sent back to the SHI website and a verification will be sent by PayPal to your email address. If you would rather do it the old fashion way you still can by sending in a cheque by mail. That's all there is to it.
Renew your Membership
If you would like to renew your membership or modify your your profile simply Login to your account.
Starting Your Own Program
If there is no team close enough to you then consider starting a program in your own community. Not only will it be immensely rewarding to you and your team of volunteers, it will open the door to making hockey dreams come true for some very special people in your community!
